Kirsten Curtis is a freelance writer and digital editor who has written about a diverse range of topics over the past two decades. Before going freelance, she was the digital editor for Bicycling and Runner’s World magazines. Her work has appeared on the Bicycling, Runner’s World, Men’s Health, Women’s Health, Regal Pet Health, Herbex Health and now Lexus Life websites, to name a few, as well as in a number of print publications. She lives in Cape Town with her family and two dogs.
